"I cannot overstate the impact Dustin has had on my ACT journey. Just five months ago, I was struggling with a score of 24. With Dustin's guidance, dedication, and expertise, I managed to soar to a remarkable 35 on the April 13 ACT. His personalized approach, tailored strategies, and unwavering support truly transformed my test-taking abilities. Now, as I aim for that perfect 36, I have full confidence that Dustin's continued mentorship will help me reach my goals. I owe my success to his invaluable assistance and couldn't recommend him more highly to anyone seeking ACT preparation."

“My job as a tutor is to guide my students as efficiently as possible towards academic success. I tailor my lessons to each of my students' baseline abilities to help them overcome their fear of failure and gradually move into more advanced concepts to improve their self-confidence and perpetuate self-motivation.

When it comes to standardized tests, each problem can be daunting. The language can seem confusing and putting pencil to paper can feel overwhelming. With Math, helping my students to learn the art of translating the problem into expressions and equations that can be readily solved is my main focus. Along with Translation, I teach my students the Basic Math Curriculum in Arithmetic, Algebra, and Geometry along with the Problem Solving Skills that will help students get to the answer. In Verbal, I teach students Reading Strategies that help them fully understanding passages quickly and efficiently. Methods of Pinpointing Keywords and Indicators that connect the questions to the passage is also a focus on my teaching. This along with my Vocabulary and Grammar Regimens has helped students become much more comfortable going into the test.

I am always looking to teach and encourage students. Each student comes with their own story and I'm here to help them achieve their dreams. I act as a mentor to my students and hope to aid students in achieving long-term academic success.”
